Need a logo? Need an Identity Package or perhaps a Tag Line for your company name. Our development packages can cover everything from the creation of a distinctive mark designed for your company to the design of business cards, letterhead, envelopes and more.

Logo* - Our logo only development package includes the creation of a creative, distinctive mark designed to represent your company. A logo design can typically be reached within 2 weeks of filling out the questionnaire. We typically begin by developing 5 directions. These designs get posted online where you can review these initial concepts. Your input and comments then drive the next round. The revision process will be provided 2 additional times for a total of 3 rounds of development. The third round will be designated as the Final Proof and you will select one of the two revised designs as your final mark.
After submitting your Final Proof, we will email you instruction for your project payment balance. Once we’ve received your balance, we’ll email your logo to you in color and grayscale eps, jpg, and tif formats. In addition we will place these file on a CDR and send you a hard copy.

time frame - typically 2 weeks from your questionnaire submission. Cost - $800 and up

Identity Package* - Includes everything in Logo Package plus: Once we’ve finalized your logo, we proceed with the design of layouts for your business cards, letterhead and envelopes. These designs will be posted online where you can review these designs and submit your comments, selecting up to 2 designs for further develop. The revision process will be repeated twice after the initial designs are posted. The final revisions will be designated as the Final Proof and you will be asked to indicate one of the two layouts as your final design.

time frame - typically 2-3 weeks from your questionnaire submission. Cost - $1,500+ (does not include printing)

 

Deluxe Package - Includes everything in Identity Package plus:

We offer our tagline development service. Once we’ve developed your logo (and prior to designing your paper system) we will prepare 10 possible taglines appropriate to your business and relating to your image and products.
We’ll post these taglines as they might be seen with the logo. Each possible line will be numbered and your comments and suggestions will be needed. You may select up to 3 taglines to explore further. The revision process will be repeated twice after the initial designs are posted. The final revisions will be designated as the Final Proof and you will be asked to indicate one of the two tag lines as your final selection.

By law, the moment a designer creates a piece of artwork the copyright ownership belongs to the artist. When working with a freelance designer, the designer will most likely grant the client unlimited usage of the artwork upon receipt of full payment of the designer's invoices. Failure to pay the designer's invoices infringes upon the artist's copyright. In essense, you are using artwork you have not paid when you don't complete your contract with the designer.

If you hire a graphic designer as a full-time employee, then anything the graphic designer creates for the company is the property of the Employer.

Copyrights for artwork used in print campaigns are much more complicated. A great resource for this information is found in the GAG Handbook, which covers all aspects of copyrights, usage and graphic design fees in much greater detail.

Domain names are the actual name you log onto when accessing a web site. They are purchased separately from the hosting and design services on the world wide web and they are generally the least expensive part of owning a web site.

Hosting Services
Hosting services on the internet are available from all sorts of companies. The differences in hosting services have to do with amount of space (for photos, video, data) and what type of speed for downloading and uploading is available. Plus what kind of additional services are offered from shopping carts to forms and scripting services.

Cost for our hosting package starts as low as $100.00/yr


WebSite Design Consulting:

Graphic Design/Coding and Programming This service is what we specialize on. Our Graphic Designers arrange and make your site visually appealing and then we program the site so that the look planned will then function on the web. The number of pages you are interested in having on your web site will often determine the cost.

For up to 8 linking pages on your navigation bar the cost is $1,250.* *This fee will also cover basic image usage. If specialty illustrations or specialty photos are requested for your site, there may be an additional artwork fees. You will be notified if this will be required.


Copy Writing and Editing

Audio/Video/Multimedia
Flash Animation When a site has animation on it like graphics that move, movies that play, sounds that accompany the graphics, that falls into the area of Flash animation. Costs for this kind of feature is usually extra. To see examples of Flash animations, see the links below.

Basic Advertising package*: $500/month includes Search Engine Visibility, a service that submits your site to the hottest search engines, from Yahoo to Google and more. Plus we place advertising on Google featuring a series of search words that you find most valuable. These ads will appear right on the first page of search results increasing the likelyhood that your potential customers find you quickly with the search words you choose.

Option 3
Premium Advertising package*: $850/month includes Advertising package, we bump up the advertising on Google with more search words, We provide keyword traffic information and cost estimates by using an addition service provider so you can make informed decisions about choosing keywords and maximizing your budget. We poll potential customers and use the research to improve your search results. Those additional keywords are incorporated into your advertising words.

Option 4
Platimum Packages: $1,050/month and up:
includes complete maintenance, the premium advertising package and more
